-The request for exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

-Upon approval, carefully pack and return the product to us.
-We will conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.
-If the product passes the quality check, you can exchange it with any of the products, any difference to be paid.
Limitations on Exchanges:
-Exchanges are only allowed for size or design issues. Differences in color due to organic materials will not be considered as a valid reason for exchange.
-Sale products and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
-Once a product has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for both the return and the exchanged product.
